If you have found yourself in the midst of a change or are looking for your life to feel different, you are in the right place and I am here to help. I help people navigate change. Big changes and small changes: going to college, having a child, mourning the loss of a loved one, ending a relationship, grieving expectations and hopes around fertility, and so much more. My goal is to come alongside you and and help you feel understood and validated.

Emotion-Focused theories. Therapy sessions with me typically focus on exploring how your past experiences are impacting your life right now and exploring your emotions as they come up during our time.​
